Advocating for Shared
Futures
About Us
ASF is a Section 8 registered company founded in 2022 by Navi Mumbai-based Sriram S and Sudha Sriram. It started as a platform to do their part in the world we all inhabit. Their passion for expanding their philanthropic efforts (especially in the education and healthcare fields) for decades culminated in the formation of ASF.
They were also inspired by their golden child Seshu (who happened to be a dog) to participate in animal welfare and environmental causes, which is why Anathaseshu (eternally Seshu) Foundation was created in his honour.
Our Mission
We strive for a kinder, more inclusive future wherein people, animals, and ecosystems thrive together. Our mission is to nurture individual and collective well-being by advancing care and support across a range of issues–from education, medical relief, mental health, women and children health, animal welfare, environment, to LGBTQI+ support.
Our Vision
We at ASF envision a world wherein the suffering of all—people, animals, and ecosystems—is at its lowest. We believe our well-being and futures are interdependent.
If you agree, join us in taking steps towards a more compassionate co-existence.
Animals
ASF is very active in the animal rescue and welfare community in Navi Mumbai. Our activities include spaying/neutering, vaccination, medical and surgical treatment, foster care, and transport to and from medical centres of stray animals. We, at ASF, also promote awareness on veganism to reduce the suffering for all animals and to minimise harm to the environment.
Ecosystems
We, like many organisations, believe it is high time we take care of the shared home we all live in. In that pursuit, ASF has partnered with Jeevan Samvardhan Foundation and funded the borewell drilling, motor pump and solar water pump installation. This will cover the water needs of a residential Gurukul in Badlapur where at least 200 homeless children would be rehabilitated and educated.

Our Projects
Spay/Neuter of Strays, Navi Mumbai
At ASF, we take pride in our efforts to alleviate the suffering of stray animals through our spay/neuter program.
In a world where resources for animals in need are already limited, each new litter adds to the strain. Additionally, it is uncommon for both the mother and her offspring to survive the first few months.
By spaying and neutering, we contribute to a long-term reduction in the stray animal population and enhance the quality of life for these animals.
Solar Project, Badlapur
In Badlapur, Maharashtra, the Jeevan Samvardhan Foundation is constructing their third residential Gurukul to rehabilitate and educate homeless children, including those who were previously forced to beg on the streets or been trafficked.
We are proud to collaborate with them on this project by funding the borewell drilling and the installation of a solar-powered water pump to meet their water requirements.
We believe this sustainable initiative is critical to the children's well-being, providing them with a stable and nurturing environment.
